This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will guide our participants both professionally and didactically through their BI training.

• You will address technical questions, assist with exercises and projects.

• You will assess learning progress and conduct final examinations.

• You will create, prepare, and further develop learning materials.

• You will conduct individual coaching sessions and support new team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Informatics, (Business) Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Business Administration with a quantitative focus) or a comparable qualification.

• Experience in data analysis and business intelligence (e.g., data modeling, reporting, dashboard development) with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query; SQL skills and experience with AI tools are advantageous.

• Didactic experience in conveying technical or specialized content to non-technical audiences.

• An understanding of didactic concepts in adult education and online training.

• A strong customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and a constructive feedback culture.

• A hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility.

• Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1).
