This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain insights into business requirements and develop or enhance analytics solutions.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of the business environment.
• Acquire and sustain Epic certification in Clarity/Cogito/Caboodle as mandated for the area of focus and under the guidance of leadership.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and various reporting tools.
• Work alongside the manager to track progress in sprints, establishing objectives and success criteria for each two-week cycle, or manage tasks using Kanban methodology.
• Develop and maintain code across various data platforms, including SQL Server and Databricks, to derive meaningful and accurate insights from intricate and extensive data sets.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through thorough validation and quality control measures.
• Conduct user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of analytics methodologies and processes.
• Engage in pertinent project meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Provide technical documentation and guidance to operations leaders as needed.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or a combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a related role.
• Epic certification in Clarity/Cogito/Caboodle as required for the designated area and under the direction of leadership.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining code across SQL Server, Databricks, and various data platforms.
• Capability to extract precise information from complex and extensive healthcare data sets.
• Competence in performing data validation, quality checks, and user acceptance testing.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Regularly sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and engaging in repetitive leg and arm movements.
• Frequent near and far vision, depth perception, and color differentiation.
• Regular hearing and speaking for effective oral communication, including the ability to detect alarms and malfunctioning equipment.
• Frequent use of keyboard and data entry tasks.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping activities.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling of objects weighing between 25–50 lbs.
• Rarely required to climb.
• No specific professional licenses or certifications required.
