This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct extensive reconciliations of bank statements and financial reports.
• Prepare and oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting for around 2,000 entities.
• Analyze financial data while investigating discrepancies and variances.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, compliance, and integrity of financial reporting.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to address reconciliation challenges.
• Utilize financial systems and reporting tools to handle large data sets and maintain precise financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of over 2,000 monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Liaise with team members and Sales Agents regarding daily activities, scheduling, inquiries about reporting, and requests.
• Monitor bank statements on a monthly basis.
• Address information requests from Accountants for tax estimates.
• Execute filing and collating tasks within designated timelines and deadlines.
• High School Diploma is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in an office setting.
• Previous experience in customer service and clerical roles.
• Proven experience in conducting high-volume bank reconciliations and financial reporting tasks.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify and rectify discrepancies in financial information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Comfortable managing large data sets.
• Typing speed of 65 WPM and proficient 10-key skills.
• Familiarity with PDF management software; experience with Nuance PDF is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure.
• Ability to meet physical and computer-use requirements, including extended screen time and lifting up to 25 pounds.
