This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Collaborate with operations leaders and stakeholders to develop analytic solutions that meet operational objectives and enhance business impact.
• Deliver an optimal analytics experience to end users.
• Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to generate scalable solutions and actionable insights.
• Comprehend business requirements and create or assist in the development of analytics solutions.
• Create and sustain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Manage work in two-week sprints with defined objectives and success criteria, or utilize Kanban for workflow management.
• Write and maintain code across SQL Server, Databricks, and other data platforms to derive meaningful and accurate information from large, complex datasets.
• Conduct data validation, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
• Foster continuous improvements in analytics methodologies and processes.
• Engage in project meetings and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Provide technical documentation and/or guidance to operations leaders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Develop and/or maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain code across SQL Server, Databricks, and other data environments.
• Execute data validation, quality assurance checks, and user acceptance testing.
• Achieve and maintain Epic certification in Clarity/Cogito/Caboodle as necessary for the specific area of focus and at the direction of leadership.
• Regular lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 0–25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive movements of the legs/arms and hands.
• Regular use of near and far vision, with the ability to identify and distinguish colors.
• Frequent use of hearing and speech for oral communication, including the ability to hear alarms and detect malfunctioning machinery.
• Regular keyboard use and data entry tasks.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping activities.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 25–50 lbs.
• Rare climbing activities.
• No specific professional license or certifications are required.
