This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Personalized assistance: You deliver one-on-one support to students and apprentices in grades 5–13, addressing their learning needs through chat or online video.

• Homework assistance and clarifications: You respond to homework inquiries and clarify complex subjects to enhance their comprehension.

• Enthusiasm for teaching: You take pleasure in sharing knowledge and guiding learners on their educational paths, whether through text chat or video.

• Subject proficiency: You possess strong knowledge in English, German, French, or Economics.

• Educational qualifications: You hold at least an Abitur (German higher secondary school certificate). A degree in education or additional training in pedagogical/didactic methods is a valuable asset but not mandatory.

• Self-sufficiency: You work independently and can effectively and creatively convey learning materials.

• Innovation and openness: You are motivated to help shape the future of tutoring, utilize modern teaching formats, and support the continuous development of our products.
