Turnover & Completion Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all completion activities are carried out in accordance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.

• Foster a robust safety culture throughout project execution, punch-list resolution, and handover processes.

• Establish and oversee the Completion Management System (PIMS), including databases and reporting tools, and provide training for project personnel and contractors on system utilization.

• Develop and uphold the project completion and closeout strategy, including plans, milestones, and procedures.

• Collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to synchronize completion goals.

• Track progress against project completion milestones, punch-list closure objectives, and handover timelines.

• Deliver regular completion dashboards, status reports, and management updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, information systems, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in completion management for major projects, ideally within the Oil & Gas or Energy/Renewables sectors.

• Strong understanding of project lifecycle processes, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and facilitate issue resolution under tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Completion Management Systems such as PIMS or similar tools (e.g., Hexagon Smart Completions, Co-Console, ProCoSys, Aconex, ICAPS, WinPCS).
