This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Delivering customer support via inbound phone calls and email communication.
• Assisting customers with inquiries related to products, including sizing, materials, care instructions, and general product knowledge.
• Facilitating order placements, tracking, returns, and general account-related questions.
• Resolving customer issues with a focus on solutions and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Providing a customer experience that meets the standards of premium retail.
• Recording interactions in specified systems as necessary for service delivery.
• Adhering to general service protocols while tailoring communication to suit the unique needs of each customer.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Turkish.
• Strong professional-level English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Background in customer service, call center support, or roles that involve direct customer interaction.
• Previous experience in retail or e-commerce is preferred.
• Comfortable handling both phone and written communications with customers.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
