Turkish – English Medical Interpreters

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Facilitate accurate communication between English-speaking and non-English-speaking individuals during calls.

• Deliver specialized services across various fields and industries to ensure clarity and transparency during discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Always be ready to take notes while on a call.

• Familiarity with the specific terminology related to the industry in which the interpreter operates, particularly in healthcare and medical fields.

• Ensure that all messages are conveyed accurately and completely, without any additions, omissions, or substitutions.

• Maintain the highest standard of customer service during interpreting sessions.

• Support communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and comprehensive interpretation of messages.

• Adhere to established standards of practice.

• Participate in internal professional training programs.

• Demonstrate enthusiasm for obtaining new professional certifications.

• Follow dress code guidelines for video remote interpreting.

• Must possess a dedicated high-speed, private, and secure internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
