Trust & Safety Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our BPO partner on a daily basis

• Assist in optimizing the playbooks

• Establish operational SLAs and proactively identify issues

• Convert Legal and Product requirements into operational processes

• Conduct quality calibration and maintain ongoing quality oversight

• Aid in manual data review initiatives

• Help organize incident response efforts

• Develop and track relevant metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in operations, BPO management, or customer-related roles

• Background in a UGC or consumer platform, preferably within the music or related sectors

• Authentic interest in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or platform integrity

• Operator mindset: at ease with uncertainty

• Excellent written communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with external partners and hold them accountable to their commitments

• Knowledge of copyright, IP, or workflows within the music industry

• Proficient with dashboards and basic data analysis
