Order Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete order processing lifecycle for all Ookla product lines across both direct sales and indirect channels (partners/resellers).

• Create, implement, and continuously refine operational workflows to minimize friction and foster a quicker, more efficient transition from deal closure to revenue recognition.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure strict accountability regarding critical CRM inputs, data integrity, and contracting standards.

• Take ownership of and enhance the administration of vendor intake forms, customer onboarding processes, and security/compliance documentation.

• Assist the sales ecosystem by overseeing operational requirements for RFPs, guaranteeing timely and accurate submission of business operational data.

• Act as the subject matter expert on how deal structures influence revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.

• Advanced expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Quote-to-Cash/ERP software.

• Solid foundational understanding of contracting frameworks and revenue recognition principles.

• Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling operational processes from the ground up.

• Capability to build strong relationships with Sales leadership while firmly holding teams accountable to data and process standards.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-variable workflows (RFPs, onboarding, vendor forms) without sacrificing speed.
