This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver exceptional sales and service to clients of Indigenous Trust.
• Oversee and administer Trust accounts while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Collaborate effectively within both branch and regional teams.
• Recognize opportunities for referrals to other business divisions.
• Create proposals for new business or presentations for clients and prospects.
• Cultivate, maintain, and enhance client relationships.
• Identify areas for improvement to enhance client experiences.
• Stay informed about integrated services, Trust products, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate activities for strategic initiatives and monitor key metrics and milestones.
• Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Monitor performance, address issues, and implement necessary actions.
• Establish and maintain Trust accounts within required compliance timelines.
• Assist with audits and compliance assessments.
• Identify and report any irregularities or discrepancies.
• Provide sales and service support activities effectively.
• Offer administrative assistance, including financial reporting, asset and account reconciliation, compliance, fee collection, documentation, and decision-making.
• Achieve service standards to enhance relationship retention and growth.
• Build rapport, credibility, and trust with clients.
• Adhere to risk and compliance protocols to protect customer assets and privacy.
• Safeguard the Bank’s assets and comply with relevant regulations.
• Generally requires 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• A post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with Trust products and services.
• Experience in the Trust industry is essential.
• Trust accreditation is preferred.
• Specialized knowledge gained through education and/or professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
