Trust and Safety Moderator, Japanese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Review all community posts (text, video, images, audio) received across online games, SNS platforms, and forums to ensure compliance with the policies and guidelines set by the client.

• Engage in direct communication with players.

• Collaborate with team members both domestically and internationally.

• Support the maintenance of a safe and comfortable community.

• Prepare documents such as reports as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess native-level Japanese language skills and business-level English skills (approximately TOEIC score of 800).

• Have basic PC skills (Excel, Word, email correspondence, etc.).

• Show interest and enthusiasm for games and social networking services.

• Experience in managing or moderating online communities (post monitoring) is a plus.

• Have emotional stability, self-awareness, and analytical skills (desired candidate profile).

• Ability to multitask and respond flexibly (desired candidate profile).

• Demonstrate attention to detail and precision in work (desired candidate profile).
