This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Managing client projects from the planning phase through implementation and beyond
• Creating and overseeing an engagement plan for successful execution
• Organizing schedules for client and tax service line teams to ensure that the right resources are allocated to the relevant projects
• Recognizing and establishing priorities effectively
• Determining resource needs and assigning consulting staff to various projects
• Tracking the performance of project activities
• Identifying, monitoring, and managing action items, issues, and risks while acting as a liaison between the client team and our internal service team to ensure timely resolutions
• Compiling and distributing weekly status reports
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure our team surpasses client expectations
• Completing projects on schedule and within the allocated budget
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax and accounting, working with businesses and High Net Worth families in both planning and compliance roles
• Typical educational backgrounds include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields that showcase an understanding of tax and planning processes
• Ideal candidates should hold certifications as a CPA or EA
• Experience in supervising and training staff is essential
