This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take responsibility for ensuring quality and performance across field operations within your designated region.
• Conduct regular quality assurance visits to stores and activation locations, evaluating campaign implementation, standards, and contractor performance.
• Mentor, assist, and provide constructive feedback to Brand Ambassadors and other contractors to help them achieve outstanding results.
• Collaborate with store teams and site contacts to facilitate seamless campaign execution and foster strong working relationships.
• Collect and report insights on contractor performance, campaign execution, equipment usage, and site visits.
• Work closely with internal teams to address contractor issues, report incidents, perform audits, and support quality evaluations.
• Assist in online and in-person briefings to ensure contractors are confident, well-prepared, and aligned with client expectations.
• Aid in the recruitment and selection process for Event Managers, Brand Ambassadors, and Quality Assurance personnel in your region.
• Represent N2O in a professional manner during client interactions and contribute ideas to enhance campaign quality and operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or supporting field-based teams to enhance performance.
• Experience in quality assurance, training, event management, retail sales, field marketing, or brand activation.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to groups, write reports, and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities across various projects.
• Ability to cultivate effective relationships with contractors, internal teams, clients, and retail partners.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, internal reporting systems, mobile technology, and digital tools.
• Self-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the confidence to work independently from home and while traveling.
• Valid UK driving license and appropriate insurance for personal vehicle business use.
• Availability to work from Wednesday to Sunday each week.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations, Challenge 25, GDPR, and confidentiality standards.
• Nice to have:
• Previous experience in a field marketing or brand activation agency.
• Experience in managing complaints or resolving issues in accordance with company policy.
• Good knowledge of UK geography.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification.
• Salary ranging from £30K to £35K per annum.
• Home-based position with frequent travel to retailers.
