This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Directs the comprehensive business strategy and implementation for the Services division across designated regions.
• Accountable for establishing CLV strategy and objectives.
• Formulates go-to-market strategies and enhances performance across various channels.
• Oversees market P&L and ensures achievement of financial goals.
• Develops strategic planning in collaboration with relevant business units.
• Supervises a team of Services account managers and specialists.
• 12 - 15 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, Marketing Technology, Healthcare, MedTech, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Expertise in key account management.
• Proficient in team leadership and coaching.
• Background in high-volume, large-ticket service sales.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and solution selling skills.
