This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• This role primarily aims to ensure exceptional client service throughout the policy duration.
• The Client Manager processes changes related to Vehicles, Drivers, Locations, Policy Limits, and more in real time to support Mid-Market Trucking enterprises.
• They must exhibit a high level of accuracy and efficiency while managing their EPIC home screen tasks, which include, but are not limited to: adding or removing vehicles, adding or removing drivers, processing monthly reports, handling financing requests, issuing certificates, processing cancellations or reinstatements, addressing challenges with clients or producers, and most importantly, resolving issues independently or collaboratively with their Account Executives and Producers.
• Occasionally, they will provide support to their Account Executives in developing policies and importing or issuing batch renewal certificates.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the various carrier requirements for Scheduled and Reporting policies as well as Driver Guidelines.
• Proficient in adding and deleting Vehicles and Drivers.
• Capable of managing Location Changes, Limit Adjustments, and other Policy Modifications.
• Experienced in Monthly Reporting – Collaborate with clients and carriers for Trucking Liability Monthly Reporting policies based on Unit Count, Revenue, or Mileage.
• Skilled in issuing Certificates of Insurance as required based on client policy structure and available endorsements.
• Familiar with issuing Transportation-specific certificates to UIIA, Los Angeles KwikComply, Highway, Registry Monitoring Services, DAT/Certificial, and Direct Chassis.
• Knowledgeable about Federal Motor Vehicle Filing requirements and support needs.
• Adept at processing Cancellations & Reinstatements, including Premium Finance and Carrier cancellations and reinstatements in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist clients with add-on contracts to the finance agreement for premium-bearing endorsements as part of Premium Financing.
• Support the Account Executive in creating Master Marketing submissions within the Agency Management System for marketing renewals.
• Help with the Renewal Process of binding and issuing bulk certificates when necessary.
• Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and maintain a high degree of accuracy in work output.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
