Senior Workforce Development Program Partner

• Develop workforce strategies that align talent pools with the organization's workforce requirements.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and hiring managers within the designated area.

• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver exceptional programs through collaborative partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in workforce development, talent acquisition, or talent sourcing, including program design.

• At least 6 years of experience in project planning, intervention/solution development, and deployment.

• Proven expertise in project management, decision support, and data analysis.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and sustain successful community partnerships.
