• Oversee and coordinate comprehensive aviation trip support services, which include:
• Ground handling
• Overflight and landing permits
• Fuel arrangements
• Customs and immigration services
• Crew accommodation and transportation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective, timely, and professional communication during all phases of the trip
• Supervise and manage ongoing trip operations, ensuring all information remains precise, current, and in line with customer specifications
• Work closely with internal teams (fuel, customer relations, commercial) to provide a seamless service experience
• Actively identify and address operational challenges to guarantee smooth, safe, and efficient trip execution
• Help foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships through outstanding service delivery
• Prior experience in aviation operations, trip planning, flight dispatch, or travel/logistics support is highly desirable
• Essential knowledge of aviation (airport operations, permits, flight procedures, etc.)
• Aviation Dispatch Certification (FAA/FOO or equivalent) is a significant advantage
• Strong customer service orientation with the capacity to handle high-pressure scenarios
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written in English)
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking in operational settings
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience international flight operations and global logistics
