This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver outstanding and courteous customer service to a wide range of clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Acquire knowledge of software through both formal training and self-directed learning to develop expertise that effectively supports customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all shifts are adequately covered as required.
• Manage customer support inquiries using online customer support tools, offering technical insights to resolve requests.
• Respond to incoming calls from customers and prospects, clarifying the software's proper usage and functionalities.
• Resolve customer issues by applying systematic and methodical troubleshooting techniques.
• Leverage online meeting tools to conduct discussions with customers and colleagues, enhancing support and internal training efforts.
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with customers, prospects, and team members.
• Employ strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactively seek knowledge and recognize that continuous learning is a vital aspect of the role.
• At least 1+ year of experience in a Customer Support position.
• Ability to present information and solutions to issues in a structured, professional, and comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
• Self-driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer support.
• Committed to helping small to medium businesses thrive, always looking for ways to better meet their needs.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting methods to effectively address customer challenges.
• Willingness to undergo training on software and related systems, applying that knowledge to assist the customer base.
• Ability to utilize existing shared resources for research and self-learning.
• Confident in seeking assistance from more experienced team members when necessary.
• Experience with QuickBooks, accounting, and inventory management software is preferred but not mandatory.
