This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Interact with collectors via chat, email, and phone support.
β’ Address intricate account inquiries and resolve issues with compassion and understanding.
β’ Record interactions and escalate matters when necessary for prompt resolution.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve service quality.
β’ Collect customer feedback to identify patterns and recommend enhancements.
β’ Alt Expertise: Knowledge of Alt's platform, ideally as an active user.
β’ Industry Knowledge: Active participant in the sports and collectibles sector.
β’ Experience: 1-2+ years of relevant professional experience.
β’ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a keen eye for detail.
β’ Technical Skills: Expertise in customer service software and ticketing systems, experience with Intercom preferred; familiarity with tools like Retool, Slack, and Notion is a plus.
β’ Empathy: A strong desire to assist others and an understanding of the significance of customer experience.
β’ Adaptability: Capability to multitask and efficiently manage time in a high-paced setting.
β’ Fully remote role with a variety of available shifts.
