This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver concierge services to clients for a customized experience
• Anticipate client needs and provide personalized solutions
• Foster relationships with the warehouse team, carriers, vendors, and clients
• Engage in proactive communication, including during evenings and weekends
• Oversee relationships and internal communications to enhance customer satisfaction
• Take part in customer visits and departmental meetings
• Produce KPI reports for designated clients
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills
• Proven capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues and teams
• Competence in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks
• Strong decision-making capabilities, sound judgment, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish rapport and work collaboratively with others
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Solid understanding of planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, and manufacturing capabilities
