This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Respond to incoming customer calls
• Thoughtfully engage with customers to comprehend their needs
• Perform research across various systems to address inquiries
• Deliver clear and accurate information to assist consumers in navigating healthcare options
• Handle a significant volume of interactions while upholding quality and professionalism
• Adhere to a defined schedule, including assigned breaks and lunches
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs
• Comfort with computer systems and Windows-based applications
• A designated home workspace that is free from distractions
• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection with a minimum of 25 mbps
