HealthCare Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Respond to incoming inquiries from customers.

• Perform research to provide solutions for customers in order to address their concerns.

• A minimum of one year of experience in customer service.

• Must be at least a Senior High School graduate or possess an equivalent qualification.

• Ability to recognize, apply, and articulate knowledge of products or services.

• Proficient in computer usage.

• For remote positions, maintain a high-speed internet connection (> 20mbps).
