Affiliate Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Recruit, onboard, and oversee affiliates, influencers, creators, and brand partners.

• Develop and expand affiliate programs across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant channels.

• Establish long-term partnerships with high-performing affiliates and content creators.

• Initiate and enhance affiliate campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, sales, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).

• Identify new partnership opportunities to boost customer acquisition and revenue.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

• Ensure that affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and platform policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.

• Demonstrated success in growing affiliate programs for eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and other social media platforms.

• Practical experience with affiliate management platforms such as Impact, Everflow, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Refersion, PartnerStack, Rakuten Advertising, Awin, or similar.

• In-depth understanding of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and performance marketing.

• Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or comparable reporting platforms.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Experience in the supplements, health, fitness, biohacking, or wellness industry is strongly preferred.

• Candidates must be located in Turkey.

• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with U.S.-based partners and affiliates.
