This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their pre-trial experience.
• Assist customers in a consultative sales approach, recommending Lingraphica solutions tailored to their needs.
• Showcase how Lingraphica technology can enhance communication, foster independence, increase participation, and improve quality of life.
• Inform customers, caregivers, and clinicians about AAC, the Lingraphica trial process, and available support resources.
• Stay updated on Lingraphica devices, software, accessories, and product upgrades.
• Respond to inquiries and objections, guiding customers into device trials.
• Modify interactions beyond standard scripts to address customer needs related to communication disorders.
• Evaluate potential customers for trial suitability and coordinate preparation activities for trials.
• Communicate confirmed insurance benefits, eligibility, coverage specifics, and financial responsibilities.
• Assist customers in navigating insurance and financial assistance options, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
• Manage scheduling, gather outstanding information, and eliminate barriers to trial readiness.
• Verify customer demographics, insurance details, diagnoses, and required documentation.
• Ensure precise CRM documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data integrity.
• Track customer trends, engagement metrics, and operational performance to identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with various teams throughout the sales and clinical journeys.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in consultative sales, customer service, healthcare, insurance, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Capability to establish trust with customers and articulate product or service value through consultative dialogue.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to customize messaging to meet the unique needs of each customer.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Skill in explaining insurance and financial information clearly and empathetically.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, insurance, or durable medical equipment (DME).
• Preferred: familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Preferred: experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
• Willingness to travel within the U.S., including air travel, up to two times per year.
• Dependable and secure internet access for a home office setup.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. validated through E-Verify and Form I-9.
