Trial Class Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Conduct one-on-one online trial lessons

• Evaluate the child's needs and suggest the most appropriate Kodland program

• Assist the family in making an enrollment decision

• Establish rapport and pose targeted questions to comprehend the child’s background, interests, goals, and previous experiences

• Facilitate a brief hands-on activity utilizing prepared materials

• Address inquiries and lead the family toward a definitive decision regarding enrollment

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent and confident spoken Arabic and English

• A dependable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning webcam and microphone

• Stable internet connection capable of supporting uninterrupted Zoom video calls

• A quiet, professional workspace with the camera turned on

• Regular availability of 20-25 hours per week during peak hours (weekday afternoons/evenings + daytime weekend hours)

• Genuine comfort in communicating with both children and adults

• Background in sales, customer service, customer success, tutoring, or coaching (preferred)

• Any previous experience working with children and/or parents (preferred)

• Experience working remotely and independently managing your schedule (preferred)
