Triage Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee program requests from initiation to funding approval, ensuring precise documentation and timely advancements.

• Manage case queues, prioritize escalations, and balance multiple priorities effectively.

• Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external teams, facilitating alignment among business, finance, and operations stakeholders.

• Assist requestors in navigating intricate approval systems.

• Keep case tracking documentation updated and ensure adherence to governance standards.

• Provide leadership with status updates; identify risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in project or program management within cross-functional settings.

• Proficiency in English at a C2 level.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with Microsoft products and cloud/Azure ecosystems is preferred.

• Strong collaboration and risk management capabilities across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

• An analytical problem-solver with the ability to interpret ambiguous information and provide clarity.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in training and process enablement is a plus.
