Triage Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming clinical concerns from both staff and patients through phone communication.

• Appropriately assess and immediately escalate any emergencies.

• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals, social workers, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

• Facilitate care coordination with other healthcare providers involved in patients' treatment.

• Create and present training sessions on fundamental medical topics for peer mental health workers and social workers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current RN license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting.

• Background in working with populations dealing with serious mental health issues, behavioral health conditions, and/or substance use disorders.

• Experience in care management and coordination.
