Tree Care Technician, Foreman – Levels 1-4

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Ensuring full adherence to ANSI Z133 standards and upholding a zero-incident "Drop Zone."

• Conducting precision pruning and intricate removals (without the use of cranes) while overseeing ground operations from the canopy.

• Acting as the liaison between management, English-speaking clients, and Spanish-speaking team members.

• Facilitating the weekly Team Pulse and making certain that every crew member maintains an active, updated Wheel of Life.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift over 75 lbs.

• Valid Texas Driver’s License (Class C is a plus).

• Readiness to acquire EHAP (Electrical Hazards Awareness Program) and First Aid/CPR certification.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, instruct, and inspire a team of 3–5+ personnel.

• Advanced skills in climbing (SRT/DdRT) and rigging techniques.
