Treatment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assess dental treatment plans in partnership with affiliated dental practices.

• Leverage Codent AI’s technological platform to enhance treatment planning processes and documentation.

• Assess and explain dental insurance benefits, including coverage constraints and anticipated patient costs.

• Clearly and professionally convey treatment plans to patients through phone, video calls, or secure digital communication channels.

• Assist dental offices in enhancing comprehension of treatment plans and improving case acceptance through patient education and financial discussions.

• Diligently document treatment coordination efforts within Codent AI systems and relevant dental practice management software.

• Act as an intermediary among dental providers, insurance companies, and patients to facilitate clear and consistent communication.

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and relevant data privacy laws.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.

• Comprehensive understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and common dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, indemnity).

• Experience in insurance verification and discussing financial matters with patients.

• Proficient in utilizing cloud-based platforms and remote communication tools effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple workflows in a remote setting.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Comfortable working with changing systems and frequent updates.

• Ability to adhere to documentation standards and operational protocols.

• Willingness to support teams with varying degrees of technical proficiency.
