This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver remote counseling and education to patients concerning hearing loss and the complete range of Virsono hearing solutions.
• Recommend, sell, and fit suitable Earlens solutions, air conduction systems, and the entire array of Ausotic hearing aids customized to each patient's requirements.
• Record all patient interactions and ensure precise documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and activities; work in collaboration with local and national support resources.
• Provide outstanding patient care and proactive customer service aimed at reducing returns and enhancing satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and referral sources as necessary.
• Keep abreast of developments in hearing technology, updates on Earlens products, and best practices in telehealth.
• Achieve productivity and quality benchmarks as defined by the clinic.
• Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, or a related discipline.
• Valid Texas state license to operate as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
• At least 2 years of experience in hearing instrument fitting and dispensing.
• Experience with telehealth technology and remote patient care is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
