This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Gain a thorough understanding of payment processes and Treasury operations.
• Address inquiries promptly and ensure all tasks are handled as anticipated.
• Accurately and clearly relay all pertinent information to team members.
• Ensure that all customer-related information is stored in the appropriate file.
• Complete all daily responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner, and escalate any unresolved issues to management.
• Support the payments team by liaising with global banking partners regarding incoming and outgoing payment transactions.
• Verify documentation and transaction details.
• Maintain effective communication among the Treasury department, internal teams, and counterpart banks.
• Ensure compliance with all Anti-Money Laundering policies and the Company's internal controls and procedures related to Money Transfer services at all times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, etc., is preferred.
• Experience in a Customer Service/Business role or Backoffice setting.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
• Strong teamwork abilities and effective communication skills with colleagues.
• Treat all company resources, processes, and individuals with respect, honesty, and integrity.
• Fluent in English, providing practical examples of experience.
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape concerning Money Transmission Businesses in Ireland to ensure adherence to all internal controls and procedures while professionally explaining regulatory considerations to customers.
