This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Oversees all facets of the company's asset-based loan (ABL) and various debt instruments, ensuring compliance and monitoring liquidity to facilitate strategic investments.
• Guarantees the precision of debt-related reporting and ensures alignment with loan agreement stipulations.
• Organizes and assists in the annual lender field examination, which includes data preparation, documentation, and addressing examiner inquiries.
• Manages daily cash operations, encompassing cash positioning, forecasting, and short-term liquidity planning.
• Cultivates banking relationships and aids in the continuous optimization of banking structures, controls, and processes.
• Supervises bank account management tasks, such as the opening and closing of accounts, monitoring monthly fees, and maintaining records of authorized signatories.
• Discovers opportunities to enhance treasury efficiency, minimize financial risk, improve reporting accuracy, and refine treasury policies and internal controls.
• Evaluates capital structure scenarios to support the company's long-term financing strategy and M&A growth initiatives.
• Collaborates with Finance, M&A Leadership, and external advisors to analyze the cost of capital, covenant implications, and liquidity effects of different financing options.
• Keeps informed about ESOP-related financial obligations, including the annual repurchase liability.
• Works with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure precise forecasting, planning, and adherence to ESOP requirements.
• Administers the corporate credit card program in collaboration with banking and internal partners, focusing on maximizing rebate structures and financial advantages.
• Generates treasury-related reports, dashboards, and analyses for senior leadership.
• Assists in budgeting and forecasting processes pertaining to cash flow, debt, and liquidity.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• MBA or professional certification (e.g., CTP) is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or related fields; experience in asset-based lending is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of cash management, debt compliance, and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with ESOP structures and planning for repurchase liability is advantageous.
• Capability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
