Treasury Management Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee small, mid-sized, and large corporate clients, managing complex business relationships during online banking system upgrades or transitions from legacy systems to target platforms.

• Offer technical support, customer service, and sales assistance to clients.

• Conduct instructor-led virtual classroom training sessions for clients moving to new online banking platforms.

• Collaborate with clients and customers to determine additional product or service requirements.

• Provide contact center support for commercial banking clients through various delivery channels.

• Keep thorough and precise records of customer interactions.

• Complete the initial Digital Conversion Professional training and engage in required ongoing education.

• Deliver exceptional “white glove” customer service to elite clients and customers.

• Understand and assist customers with NACHA files.

• Undertake additional tasks, projects, special assignments, and rotating team responsibilities as directed by the team leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background as a Treasury Management sales resource, client service/account management, or product management, or experience in online banking/wire transfer transitions.

• Familiarity with online banking treasury management systems, ACH, wire transfer, lockbox, positive pay, investment sweeps, and associated bank services and applications for commercial and corporate clients.

• Experience providing technical support with ACH, Wire, and Positive Pay payment files in NACHA, delimited, fixed, and other formats.

• Experience in a contact center environment is advantageous.

• Proven ability to exceed expectations through exceptional execution and project management.

• Experience in organizing and conducting training sessions for businesses of varying sizes.

• Experience managing sensitive online banking data for high-profile clients.

• Experience in building and maintaining client information portfolios.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and train external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

• B2B experience.

• Understanding and experience with NACHA files.

• Minimum of 6 months to over 5 years of experience in Treasury Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting, or equivalent experience.
