Treasury & FinOps Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage payments to creators, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring timely processing.

• Monitor both incoming and outgoing payments while maintaining well-organized, up-to-date financial records and documentation.

• Follow up on outstanding and new receivables.

• Coordinate collections that have not yet been invoiced with internal teams and clients.

• Create invoices for U.S. entities, assist with customer billing, and follow up on billing matters through external firms.

• Record and reconcile banking transactions across various banking and vendor portals.

• Oversee and track cash flow, ensuring that inflows and outflows are accurately updated.

• Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations.

• Utilize AI and automation tools to expedite routine financial tasks and minimize manual efforts.

• Perform administrative tasks related to clients, vendor portals, and daily financial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Bookkeeping, Finance Operations, or Accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience in managing invoices, payments, collections, or reconciliations.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable with deadlines and numerical data.

• Strong follow-through and accountability.

• Proactive and comfortable with independent problem-solving.

• Enthusiastic about AI and automation, with practical experience using AI tools in daily tasks.

• Startup experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
