Treasury & Banking Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily treasury and banking operations, which include funding bank accounts, monitoring balances across Coinbase legal entities, and forecasting liquidity.

• Process daily customer payments across various fiat channels, ensuring settlements are timely and compliant with regulations.

• Investigate and address escalated payment issues through thorough root-cause analysis and collaboration with banking partners.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to test and implement new payment rail integrations.

• Work alongside compliance, legal, and finance teams to address regulatory and banking inquiries.

• Act as the primary operations liaison for banking partners, managing fiat rail integrations and resolving customer payment challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in payment operations, treasury operations, or banking, with practical knowledge of money movement across various payment channels.

• Proven expertise in ACH and multi-rail payment processing.

• AAP or NACHA certification is highly preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors, banking institutions, or internal cross-functional teams.

• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and deliver precise, detail-oriented results in a high-volume payment operations setting.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI with human oversight to create business-ready outputs and enhance workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
