Treasury Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional service while adhering to FSG Principles

• Facilitate treasury services, addressing capital needs for clients, individual investors, and private funds

• Manage financial transactions related to capital activities and private fund expenses, including redemptions, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, invoices, and administrative fees

• Supervise and coordinate investment transactions with fund administrators, custodians, investors, and underlying investment managers

• Review bank balances and reconcile associated activities

• Address daily needs of clients and investors, ensuring timely communication

• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards

• Conduct audits or reviews of investments, documentation, systems, and processes

• Manage or oversee related client investor portals

• Perform additional duties as required

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–3 years of professional experience, ideally in an organizational role related to custodians, private funds, or Registered Investment Advisors

• Team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic

• Quick learner with a comprehensive and enthusiastic approach

• Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• No specific degree needed

• No particular work history required

• No sponsorship, reimbursement, or assistance for acquiring FINRA licenses
