Treasury and FinOps Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Ensure timely processing of payments to creators, vendors, and suppliers.

• Monitor both incoming and outgoing payments, maintaining orderly and current financial records and documentation.

• Follow up on both outstanding and new receivables.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding collections that have not yet been invoiced.

• Produce invoices for U.S. entities, assist with customer billing, and liaise with external firms for billing follow-ups.

• Record and reconcile banking transactions across various banking and vendor portals.

• Manage and monitor cash flow, ensuring that inflows and outflows are consistently updated.

• Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations.

• Utilize AI and automation tools to expedite routine finance tasks, minimizing manual work.

• Execute administrative responsibilities related to clients, vendor portals, and daily financial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Bookkeeping, Finance Operations, or Accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience in managing invoices, payments, collections, or reconciliations.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Previous startup experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and dependable regarding deadlines and numerical data.

• Strong follow-through and accountability skills.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

• Proactive in solving problems independently.

• Versatile and hands-on approach within a startup setting.

• Enthusiasm for AI and automation tools, including their daily application.
