This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the yearly ESOP administration process in collaboration with our Third-Party Administrator, encompassing operational tasks such as sustainability studies, audits, educational initiatives, communication efforts, and ongoing recordkeeping.

• Act as the main point of contact for Ulteig’s ESOP, assisting ESOP participants and internal stakeholders with plan processes, data requests, and general inquiries.

• Provide analytical support for employee benefit plans as required, which includes managing data coordination, renewals, and audits.

• Monitor cash and short-term liquidity to ensure adequate funding for daily operations.

• Prepare and sustain cash flow forecasts and variance analyses as assigned.

• Oversee and enhance bank account structures by managing necessary documentation, keeping signatory authority records, and proactively coordinating with banking partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Generate routine treasury reports and reconciliations to support internal management and leadership reporting.

• Conduct investment tracking and monitoring activities under the guidance of senior treasury leadership.

• Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal control documentation.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and improved controls within treasury operations.

• Provide ad hoc analysis and assistance for treasury initiatives and special projects as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required.

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.

• At least 2 years of experience in ESOP or employee benefit plan administration.

• Foundational understanding of ESOP administration, cash management, banking operations, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems and ERP tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power BI, or similar).

• Strong analytical capabilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.

• Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
