Senior AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business needs for AI applications.

• Formulate AI strategies and implementation plans: define functional requirements and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and developers to deploy AI solutions.

• Enhance processes: identify opportunities for AI to boost efficiency, lower costs, and improve user experience.

• Validate AI models: collaborate with technical teams to ensure AI models fulfill business requirements and yield actionable insights.

• Train and support end users: assist users in comprehending AI-driven processes and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree, postgraduate certificate, or Master's in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in Artificial Intelligence, business analysis, and functional consulting contexts, with an emphasis on delivering business value.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data analysis, and cloud technologies, with the capability to translate business needs into scalable solutions (not primarily focused on deep coding).

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile), working in multidisciplinary teams geared towards continuous delivery.

• Practical programming experience in Python and/or Node.js.

• Understanding of integrations and digital solution architecture.

• Language proficiency: Intermediate to advanced English.
