Senior Service Delivery Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and sustain reporting and analytics solutions that align with Customer Operations and Service Delivery goals.

• Utilize advanced SQL and data modeling techniques to extract, transform, and validate data from intricate revenue cycle settings.

• Leverage Epic Clarity and revenue cycle expertise to pinpoint trends, defects, and opportunities for process enhancement.

• Convert analytical findings into concise, client-ready reports and recommendations suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Perform account and performance evaluations that reveal actionable opportunities.

• Execute thorough quality assurance on metrics and reports to guarantee accuracy and reliability.

• Take ownership of follow-up actions and drive implementation of recommendations, going beyond mere analysis.

• Act as a trusted analytics partner for internal teams and client representatives.

• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to advance the overall analytics function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience, with a solid foundation in revenue cycle and analytics-focused roles.

• Extensive knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims, denials, accounts receivable, and payment posting.

• Practical experience with the Epic Clarity data model, particularly in Resolute/Hospital Billing.

• Proficient in advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, transformations, and scalable query design.

• Familiarity with Snowflake, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Power BI.

• Proven capability to convert disorganized operational data into dependable, decision-ready insights.

• Demonstrated history of presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders and/or clients.

• Strong attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Preferred qualifications: Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification, data modeling experience in Snowflake, knowledge of stored procedures / T-SQL, prior client-facing analytics or service delivery experience, and experience mentoring analysts or enhancing team capabilities.
