• Over 3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or a similar field.

• Proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple requests and priorities effectively.

• Self-sufficient, organized, and quick to adapt.

• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.

• Flexible and adaptable, including the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
