Traveller Support Agent, Bilingual English, Arabic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Senegal.

📋 Description

• Assist various stakeholders throughout the travel process.

• Ensure that requests are addressed efficiently, accurately, and with a high standard of service.

• Oversee traveller inquiries.

• Collaborate with different partners.

• Develop solutions and manage unforeseen challenges.

• Aid in providing seamless, personalized travel experiences for a global clientele.

⛳️ Requirements

• This position is exclusively available to residents of Dakar.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic (Middle Eastern dialects) is essential.

• Knowledge of French is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented.

• Capable of managing multiple requests and priorities.

• Self-sufficient, organized, and quick to adapt.

• Proficient with digital tools and CRM systems.

• Flexible and adaptable, including willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
