This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver both proactive and reactive customer service to assist customers in achieving financial arrangements that align with their financial objectives.
• Ensure exceptional service is provided at the initial point of contact.
• Inform customers about various banking options and assist them in selecting the most suitable services.
• Accurately and compliantly execute processes and procedures.
• Take appropriate measures to ensure positive customer outcomes while addressing any identified gaps.
• Conduct financial reviews and offer precise information regarding financial products and services.
• Manage a schedule effectively, balancing proactive discussions with scheduled customer meetings.
• Support the bank’s operational approach to assist as many customers as possible.
• Foster relationships with departmental colleagues while being mindful of broader business objectives.
• Quickly resolve complaints and errors to restore customer relationships.
• Ensure that every customer interaction results in a satisfied customer.
• Proven experience in a customer service setting.
• Experience in managing customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capability to meet performance metrics and address customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Background experience within a regulatory framework.
• Proficient technology skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.
• A customer-centric mindset.
• Must achieve specified language proficiency scores to advance in the campaign.
• Credit, criminal, sanctions, and fraud checks will be conducted.
• Must provide physical documentation verifying the last two years of employment history.
• Completion of an assessment and interview via Teams is required.
