Traveling Industrial Electrical Foreman – National Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of designated construction projects and field staff on-site.

• Supervise a team comprising up to three apprentices and/or ten Journeyman Electricians.

• Set performance objectives and assess project documentation, plans, and specifications.

• Implement effective electrical techniques to enhance performance quality.

• Address conflicts related to construction and personnel issues.

• Facilitate Daily Safety Huddles and ensure the well-being of all team members on the project.

• Install and maintain wiring, electrical fixtures, and control systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Industrial Electrical Foreman experience: 3 years (Preferred)

• Strong commitment to personal safety and the safety of others

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
