This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Conduct performance assurance (PA) inspections, scheduled maintenance, and operation verification procedures (OVP) on medical imaging devices.
• Repair, install, and calibrate medical imaging machinery.
• Update supervisors regarding the status of repairs, scheduled inspections, unusual equipment issues, and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with and oversee the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and external service technicians to ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the equipment database, including inventory, performance assurance (PA) schedules, nomenclature, and service history.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships.
• Conduct regular inspections of current inventory status and manage common failure parts inventory to maximize equipment uptime.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the equipment database, covering inventory, performance assurance (PA) schedules, nomenclature, and service history.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in the repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of medical imaging equipment is preferred.
• Proficient complex computer skills, including the ability to interpret error codes, defragment hard drives, replace power supplies, and understand computer codes, are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and networking applications is required.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory; travel requirements may vary depending on the primary site, which may necessitate the use of a personal vehicle.
• An associate degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent experience is required. This requirement may be waived for applicants who have obtained the TRIMEDX Trained Certification or completed a comparable biomedical-related certification program.
