Traveling Electrical Superintendent – National Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive on-site supervision, coordination, and successful delivery of designated industrial electrical construction projects.

• Ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality benchmarks.

• Provides leadership and guidance to General Foremen, Foremen, Journeyman Electricians, and Apprentices.

• Plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs all field construction activities in alignment with project specifications.

• Develops project execution strategies, manpower allocations, and performance objectives.

• Ensures that work is conducted in accordance with OSHA regulations and specific safety requirements of the client’s site.

• Conducts or oversees Daily Safety Huddles and evaluates job site safety practices.

• Coordinates installation techniques across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Industrial Electrical Superintendent: 5+ years (Preferred).

• Previous leadership experience in managing large industrial electrical projects is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee large electrical craft labor teams and various layers of supervision.

• Exemplifies professionalism, accountability, and a safety-first approach.

• Establishes and maintains constructive, professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

• Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends as project demands dictate.

• Strong commitment to personal safety and the safety of others.

• Capability to conduct site visits while wearing necessary PPE (protective clothing, safety glasses/goggles, steel-toed boots, etc.).

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (both verbal and written).
