Traveling Data Center Project Manager – Bilingual Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Travel across the country to assist with ongoing data center construction projects

• Supervise multiple teams engaged in structured cabling and infrastructure installations

• Coordinate daily operations with clients, superintendents, and project stakeholders

• Manage installations of fiber optic and copper structured cabling

• Oversee the installation of racks and stacking systems

• Supervise the implementation of basket tray and ladder rack systems

• Oversee overhead cable pathways

• Manage cable management systems

• Supervise the establishment of patch panels and cabinet build-outs

• Oversee general low-voltage infrastructure

• Track project timelines, workforce, and production objectives

• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure installations align with customer requirements

• Review blueprints, floor plans, cable schedules, and project schematics

• Address field issues and provide project updates to management

• Uphold OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols

• Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, and onboarding of field technicians

• Travel to job sites as necessary to support mobilization, production, and project closeout activities

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing data center or mission-critical construction projects

• Strong expertise in structured cabling

• Comprehensive knowledge of fiber optics

• Proficient in rack and stack installations

• Experienced in basket tray installation

• Knowledgeable in ladder rack systems

• Skilled in cable routing and management

• Solid background in data center infrastructure

• Experience supervising field technicians and subcontractors

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Strong leadership and communication capabilities

• Comfortable working in active construction settings

• Willingness to travel nationwide 100%

• Valid driver's license required

• Ability to fly frequently

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
