Junior Project Manager – On-Demand

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of implementation projects, ensuring that the objectives established with the client are successfully achieved.

• Guarantee that all deliverables align with the defined quality standards.

• Track the progress of activities, identifying risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Address unforeseen challenges, propose alternative solutions, and assist in the decision-making process.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal technical, functional, and business teams.

• Facilitate effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders.

• Engage in follow-up meetings, status updates, and project evaluations.

• Contribute positively to the client experience throughout the implementation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree (either completed or in progress) is preferred, particularly in a Technology-related discipline.

• Prior experience with management system implementation projects (e.g., ERP) is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate support across various areas.

• A sense of urgency and determination to manage situations beyond the project scope.

• A collaborative mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and results.

• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English and/or Spanish is advantageous.

• Experience in dynamic environments with multiple demands and clients is beneficial.

• Previous experience with the SoftExpert Suite (SE Suite) platform is an advantage.

• Completion of courses or postgraduate studies in Project Management is considered advantageous.
