• Methodically assess situations, replicate errors, or conduct tests when feasible
• Coordinate tasks with various internal or external teams across different issues
• Execute configuration changes ranging from small adjustments to highly complex modifications
• Exhibit outstanding customer service and foster customer-focused communication
• Meet established productivity targets as agreed upon
• Embrace constructive collaboration with both team members and external partners
• Extensive experience in the corporate travel sector is essential
• Profound knowledge in travel technology is necessary
• Basic experience in project management
• Advanced administrative expertise with online booking tools (such as Concur, Cytric, or similar)
• Experience in Commercial Support
• Significant experience in an international working environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
